Their support has allowed over 100 young people, our ‘gappies’, to have time with The Outward Bound Trust at the beginning of their employment with us. Shared adventures and team experiences there help our gappies develop new skills and identify new talents, which translates over the subsequent months into new confidence and self-esteem.
