Funding from the Neumark Foundation has enabled North Wales Young Carers to provide local schools with a range of support, helping them to identify pupils who are young carers, to assess the impact of their educational outcomes as a result of their caring role and to provide respite opportunities. It is the collaborate and supportive way the Foundation works with organisations like ourselves that makes them such a force for good in the local community.
