About The Neumark Foundation
We Believe in the
Power of Children and Young People
The Neumark Foundation is based in North Wales and was founded in 2016 by the Neumark family.
The main aim is to support charities, organisations and individuals whose work has a long-lasting, positive effect on children and young people’s welfare.
The Foundation focuses its support on improving prospects and life choices for those who are socially disadvantaged, inspiring children and young people to grasp new opportunities, build confidence and raise aspirations. It does this by investing in and working with organisations that share its values, so that it can make a real difference to the lives of those who need it most.
Staying true to its heritage, The Neumark Foundation will consider any projects focusing on or around its main aim, to meet local and regional needs, whether the supporting charities are local, regional or national.
The ways we help through Projects
BSL
CSSEF works with Woolly Shepherd to improve the acoustics within a school classroom or hall for deaf children.
Starlight
Starlight uses the power of play to improve physical, social, emotional and mental wellbeing during a child’s illness.
Support
A Task and Finish group was formed to focus on developing a young carers’ educational support strategy in Wrexham.
Case Studies
The Neumark Foundation was the first ever organisation to support us – and in doing so gave us the confidence to do more.
